Some of you have identified the need (again) for one central area in which to post all our reunion plans and ideas.How about right here?
If you have any announcements, questions or topics for discussion, even if you have posted them somewhere else before, please post them here again so we can have them all in one place.
July 21st is coming up so fast I can almost taste it.

OK, you know me, the bossy Internet lady...
Is there any way to place a notice in the far left column saying the date and time of the reunion and where we're having it? I'm pretty sure there is. What I'm not sure is whether that notice could be linked to another page that would tell people other activities scheduled, contact info for planners, how to volunteer etc. But at minimum, I think we should use the left column to announce things we KNOW are happening -- like, for now, time and place. If there's no way to create a linkable other page, we can also use that left column to announce golf outing, family picnic, Lisa's field trip, Friday night plans, etc., once we firm them up.
Does that make sense?

I agree. Everytime we get a new post the reunion info goes farther down the page. It would need to be something with permanent placement on the blog or a link to another blog. Could we do it like the link to cheese and slackers page? We (listen to me with the "we" thing - ha!) Could the reunion information be put in the top area and the posts be below it?

I think we should create a spot on the bottom of the page, you click on it and it brings you to the top of the page. From there you are launched into the blogishpere where you aren't quite sure where to go. You create a button that says go here. You go there click on it and it brings you back to the bottom of the page. Click on that button and it brings you right back to the top of the page.
