In Lieu of Our Improvements

I got a request the other day from Greta asking if it was possible to time/date stamp our COMMENTS so that people will know when in the heck some of these conversations took place, and for...you know -- history's sake.

Done.

Excellent idea, Greta!

You've made future historians very happy. They will be able to pinpoint to the minute exactly when we changed the course of human events. :-)

WELL BRETT FAVRE IS BACK FOR ONE MORE SEASON. Yeah, chauk up another year for the cheeseheads, and cheesebras of course.

Stay warm everyone!

Oh, Mitch, is it really -25 F there?

Time to throw another log on the fire, everyone?

Yes, I'm in NY where it's single digits...brrrrrr. But kinda fun, too.

Mitch, is it really -25 there? And what does Favre's return to the Packers mean, anyway?

I didn't care much about the Super Bowl, except for Prince playing at half time, and in the end I missed it! But I got sucked into the Tony Dungy story because of his son, that's the kind of football fan I am. I'm more granular about baseball, although not this year. Barry Who?

And yes, thanks Greta for your good ideas, we will all want to see the dates we posted as we get more senile...!

Milwaukee area schools were actually called off today due to the bitter caol temps! It was -15 below (real temp) this morning.
Any of you West Coasters feel sorry for us yet?

Don't want to upset you midwestern people, but I just had to turn the A/C on, it's 85 degrees!

well it can't possibly be as pretty as the 3 foot high drifts of fluffy white lake effect snow that we have here in Michigan!

Anita, I was wrong it was 89 today! I would rather be looking at that beautiful snow you just described, I miss it. I will be in Utah next month skiing, I can't wait.

No school again tomorrow (for the kids). This weather stinks!!
Laurel, I hope you're enjoying the warmth - I can't remember what it's like to be outside without getting frostbite.

Peggy, sorry about the kids home another day!
It's 9:00pm and all windows are wide open, it's either really warm out or these hot flash patches are not working! Sorry guys, it's a girl thing!

Ok little Ms. Sunshine, that's what you get for bragging! Defective hot flash patches, so there!!! lol

I just sent you a e-mail and I'm not bragging! My brain and body is damaged from to much heat and sun, you should feel sorry for me!
I like the little Ms. Sunshine bit though.

I always think a hot flash at night is convenient when it's 10 below....

Testing, testing.

Anonymous said...

OK,it works. Who's testing?

Anonymous said...

Anita, it is I, Claudia the Tester.

Anonymous said...

And what, might I ask, is it that you're testing?

Anonymous said...

It was a psychology test to see who would be the first to ask what I was testing. You win, Anita.

As Mr. Huth used to say, "Twelve silver dollars Anita Repins! "

(not really, Deb said there was a problem with the comments, so I tested it. It passed.)

It's a week later , just wanted to know if it's still working.

It appears to be & enough with the tester fester!
