Thanks, Anita! I was going to do a holiday post but since I don't know how to add photos it wouldn't have been as festive.

Here's hoping everyone gets what they want most for Christmas, especially peace, love and more love. And I'll see you all in '07!

Just got done with our Christmas Eve dinner, everyone has left. I now have to wait for the kids to go to sleep so that Larry and I can put out the presents from Santa. Love the picture, Anita.
Busy day tomorrow, doing Christmas breakfast and dinner. Tuesday morning we leave for Palm Springs and then back for New years Eve.
Merry, Merry Christmas everyone!

Ditto. Merry Christmas / Happy Holidays ! (albeit late) I slept through most of yesterday. Exhausting and busy, busy night at the Department. Lots of domestic violence cases and OWI's. When you see the flip side of the holidays, it makes you cherish yours that much more.

So true, Andy.
Happy holidays (late) everyone.
My daughter started throwing up in the car right when we got to my aunts house yesterday where we were to have Christmas dinner. So I had to turn around and drive the 45 minutes back home and only got to smell the prime rib they were making. I spent an hour trying to find a restaurant open for take out - found out Pizza Man was open so we had potato skins amd pizza. I was in bed by 9:00! So it goes...

That happened to me two years ago, sick as a dog all Christmas Eve & cancelled my dinner the next day. I could barely get my head off the pillow.........at least no one ended up in the ER this Christmas, (which happened 2 years in a row). Too bad Lisas pizza wasn't open Peggy??? After days and days of shrimp, prime rib, scallops, & various mediteranian fish dishes, I could used a good cheese pizza!!
Hope you all had a great Christmas Weekend,, and hope you all have fun times with friends, & family.
My tree stayed upright, and hope it makes it 'till New Years.
My sister in laws mother got the cheese bra, it was the hit of the party, but wish my brother in law would have gotten it......he would have modeled it.
Heh, the Packers are still in the hunt for the playoffs, how cool is that!
All the best............

I hope all of you had a very lovely holiday. I am sure you all got what you asked for from Santa.
How fun it was to read all the missed days. I can't believe how long it has been. Loved all of your memories. Too many to list for skating and sledding for me, so let me just say, ditto!
Oh, and a little mouse told me that someone by the name of Jodie said a little som'n, som'n about my leg. I will just say that I don't recommend complications from surgery. I do recommend being patient. Being inactive is worse than any discomfort for me. I am not out and about yet, but will be dancing at the reunion.
Thank you for the well wishes that you sent.
Good health and much happiness in the New Year to you all.
xo.

Story,
Glad to hear you are the road to recovery (or so I assume because you are blogging again). I hope 07 is a better year for you - healthwise.
